Hammerhead is tech startup creating the perfect software platform for the sport of cycling. At present we are focused on the Karoo, the next generation of bicycle computer. We are a team of athletes, creators, and doers who get to spend our time building the finest product in our category, for the benefit of the sport we love. The Karoo shipped in March of 2018 and is used by thousands of customers around the world. We know that we can hit some large growth goals for 2019 and are now seeking a Director of Growth to help us seize the immense opportunity before us.
This is an exciting time to come aboard, build a team, and help to substantially grow the business. This role requires cycling industry knowledge, as well as extensive marketing experience in direct to consumer products. This person will be instrumental in helping us scale our direct to consumer marketing initiatives in the US, Europe, and beyond. They will be working primarily across paid digital acquisition channels, with a substantial budget available to drive revenue. They will be responsible for owning the strategy, building the sales infrastructure, analyzing the data, and growing an outstanding team.
The Director of Growth will:
Scale and grow Hammerhead’s direct-to-consumer eCommerce sales
Build advertising infrastructure
Design and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Analyze and report sales data
Manage and grow a team
